Privacy Policy

NINE70 is a book, a free self-assessment, and a seventy-day email program by Jared Thurmon ("we," "us"). This policy says what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send your results, the weekly program emails you signed up for, and to find your day-one score when you re-measure on day seventy.
• Your assessment answers and scores — self-reported counts of your own behavior over a two-week window, stored so day one can be compared with day seventy.
• Your newsletter choice — whether you checked the box asking for the weekly newsletter. Unchecked means we don't add you.

That is the full list. No account, no password, no payment information.

What we deliberately do not collect

These pages carry no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers. We don't collect your location, contacts, or browsing history, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.

How your information is used

• To show you your results and the day-one/day-seventy comparison.
• To send the program emails on the schedule described when you signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from the program is separate from the newsletter.
• In aggregate, stripped of anything identifying, to understand whether the program works (for example, average movement across all participants).

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share your individual answers or scores with anyone. We never use your answers for advertising. Your scores are visible to you alone.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) on servers in the United States, protected by access controls so that only the application — not website visitors — can read it. Email is delivered by our email service provider, which processes addresses solely to deliver our messages.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• See or delete your data: email jared@1upyourlife.com and we will send you what we hold or erase it, usually within 30 days. Deleting your data also deletes your day-one score, so a later re-measure would have nothing to compare to.
• Residents of California, the EU/UK, and similar jurisdictions may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability). Use the same address; we honor those requests for everyone regardless of where you live.

Children

NINE70 is for adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

Not medical advice

The assessment is a wellness self-assessment, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, and nothing in the program is medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly on this page and update the date above. We won't quietly expand what we collect.
