NINE70 is a book companion: a free self-assessment, free audio, and a free seventy-day email program. No account is created and nothing here is sold on this site.
The assessment is a wellness self-assessment built from questions written for the book. It is not a validated psychological instrument, and it does not diagnose, treat, or screen for any condition. Nothing on this site or in the emails is medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, and none of it replaces care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact a professional or emergency services — in the US, call or text 988.
Scores are self-reported, have no control group, and two of the nine measures have no validated instrument anywhere in the research literature. We present them with those limits stated, and you agree not to treat them as a clinical finding about yourself or anyone else.
Don't submit someone else's email address, don't attempt to access data that isn't yours, don't scrape or disrupt the service, and don't use the assessment for employment, insurance, or any decision about another person. We may refuse or revoke access to protect the service or its participants.
The book, the assessment questions, the emails, and this site are © Jared Thurmon. You may share links freely; you may not republish the assessment items or program content without permission.
We work to keep the site available and your data intact, but the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we may change or discontinue it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
